He has served also in the Journal of Hypertension and High Blood Pressure & Cardiovascular Prevention. In 2004 Dr. Rossi was nominated International Expert of the French INSERM (Institut Nationale de la Santè e Recherche Medicale) and acted as external reviewer for on site visits aimed at establishing new INSERM Units. In 2006 he became International Expert Grant Reviewer of the National Research Council of Hong Kong, The German Ministry of Health, The Austrian Ministry of Health, and The Polish Ministry of Health and the Wellcome Foundation.
